We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or BCBA Trainee to join our team. We are an expanding agency that provides quality ABA services to Arizona families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Working under the supervision of a BCBA, this role involves conducting assessments, assisting with treatment plan development, and providing direct support to clients in various settings. Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral challenges and support development of individualized treatment plans, under BCBA supervision.

  • Implement evidence-based interventions based on applied behavior analysis principles.

  • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and communicate updates to the supervising BCBA.

  • Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care for clients.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Support diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment planning and service delivery.

  • Advocate for clients’ needs within educational and community settings.

  • Support behavior technicians through modeling and guidance under BCBA direction.

Join our team as a BCaBA or BCBA Trainee and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals by improving their skills and providing support to their families. This is a great opportunity to grow your clinical career under experienced BCBA supervision while enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.

Pay starts at $75,000 per year, depending on education/experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, and more!

We look forward to having you join our team!

Requirements

  • BCaBA certification (or active enrollment in a BCBA coursework sequence/fieldwork for BCBA Trainee candidates) is required.

  • Arizona licensure as an LBA or LaBA, as applicable, or eligibility to obtain licensure.

  • Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is essential.

  • Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and special education principles.

  • Proficiency in data collection methods and patient care practices.

  • Familiarity with records management is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
