Job Description
Position Summary
The BCBA serves as a clinical leader responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing individualized ABA treatment programs.

Our BCBA Development Pathway:

Apprenticeship (Short-Term, Preparatory Role)
Designed for newly certified BCBAs. Apprentices provide direct services under close supervision, assist with case activities, and receive weekly mentorship to prepare for independent caseload management. -
Resident Behavior Analyst
Newly certified BCBAs who conduct assessments, treatment planning, staff and parent training, and collaboration—primarily in our clinic setting. Residents receive close mentorship from our Directors and progress at their own pace toward clinical fluency. -
Attending Behavior Analyst
More experienced BCBAs who perform core responsibilities with increased autonomy, leadership expectations, and expanded caseload capacity, along with higher earning potential.

Requirements
-
Active BCBA certification in good standing
(or eligible—RBTs nearing completion of fieldwork hours are encouraged to apply) -
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

Experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental delays
-
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
-
Commitment to ethical, family-centered care

Based on Oʻahu or willing to relocate
