Job Description

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available  

Join a growing ABA program focused on supporting kids with ASD in a nurturing, supportive environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, making a meaningful impact, and being part of a collaborative team.

Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis therapy and support kids with autism across clinics, communities, and structured learning environments. Team members work hand in hand with BCBAs to implement individualized strategies and support social skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual or small group ABA therapy for kids and teens

  • Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

  • Collect and record data on behavior

  • Collaborate with other team members

Schedule Options

  • Full-time (30+ hours/week)

  • Part-time (evenings and/or daytime availability)

  • Consistent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour

Requirements

  • RBT certification

  • Experience with autism or other forms of DD preferred

  • Strong communication and teambuilding skills

  • Reliable and professional

  • Must pass a background check

  • Ability to complete required training
