Job Description
Work with a great team with no travel! Full time or part time is available.

With small caseloads, low turnover, and a supportive, highly collaborative team, this is a place where your voice is heard, your values are respected, and your clinical excellence is empowered.
What Makes Us Different:
-
Small Caseloads, Big Impact: 90–100 billable hours/month with time built in for planning, collaboration, and reflection.

Work-Life Balance: Flexible schedules with part-time and full-time availability, Monday–Friday between 9 AM and 6 PM.
-
Mission-Driven Non-Profit: We’re here to serve—not sell. Our focus is always on client progress and staff sustainability.

-
Provide direct and indirect ABA services in a clinic setting (with occasional home generalization).
-
Supervise RBTs with hands-on mentorship and modeling of ethical, naturalistic practices.
