Part-Time / Contract | Startup ABA Clinic

Company: Nurture Path Development Center

Location: Pleasant Hill, CA (in-clinic with some flexibility)

Nurture Path Development Center is a newly developing ABA clinic focused on providing high-quality, compassionate care for children with autism. We are seeking a reliable, collaborative BCBA to help build a strong clinical foundation as we prepare for launch.

Position Type:  Part-time or contract

Flexible schedule

Opportunity to grow with the clinic

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Supervise RBTs and provide clinical oversight

  • Support initial clinic setup and systems development

  • Collaborate to establish quality clinical practices

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
