We are currently seeking applicants for a Residential Clinical Manager position for a highly mission-driven behavioral health organization we represent based in Anchorage, Alaska.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $96,000.00 – $121,500.00 annually (Depending on experience).

  • Incentives: Eligible for performance incentives of up to $42,000 (Average incentive is $16,000).

Position Summary

The Residential Clinical Manager will lead the Anchorage Residential Team, providing critical support to individuals facing severe mental health challenges. This management role involves overseeing the successful operation and clinical quality of residential treatment facilities while leading a multidisciplinary team of program managers, clinicians, and support specialists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a multidisciplinary team, including program managers, clinicians, clinical associates, and peer support specialists.

  • Clinical Oversight: Oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical services, including assessments, therapy, group sessions, skill development, and discharge planning.

  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure clinical records comply with internal policies, Medicaid, Medicare, and external audit requirements.

  • Performance Management: Manage quality assurance, resource development, and staff performance within Residential Services.

  • Strategic Implementation: Provide leadership in developing and implementing the organization’s values, mission, and goals.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree in mental health or a related field (Required).

  • Licensure: Professional license or certification (Preferred).

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a clinical setting with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.

  • Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of target populations, including individuals with severe mental illness (SMI), addiction, or high-risk conditions.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven expertise in performance management and the ability to foster collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
