Job Description

We are looking for BCBA candidates in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX area

What You’ll Do (And Why It Matters)

Lead Meaningful Clinical Work 

  • Conduct assessments (FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland) to truly understand each child

  • Design individualized, high-quality treatment plans that drive real progress

  • Continuously analyze data and adjust strategies to maximize outcomes

Develop and Elevate Your Team 

  • Supervise and mentor RBTs with intention—not just check a box

  • Provide hands-on coaching, modeling, and real-time feedback

  • Help build confident, skilled clinicians who love what they do

Partner with Families (Not Just Update Them) 

  • Collaborate closely with caregivers to create consistency across environments

  • Turn complex clinical strategies into practical, everyday tools

  • Build trust and long-term relationships with families

Own Outcomes, Not Just Tasks 

  • Monitor progress and evolve treatment plans based on real data

  • Communicate clearly with families and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification (BACB)

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Experience in assessments, treatment planning, and supervision

  • Strong clinical judgment and data-driven mindset

  • Passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families
