Job Description
As the Regional Clinical Director, you will oversee clinical operations across 6 ABA centers, leading a dedicated team of over 100 employees to ensure the highest standard of care for families across Arizona.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $130,000 annually, competitive and commensurate with experience plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Oversight: Ensure all 6 centers maintain rigorous clinical standards, ethical compliance, and data-driven treatment protocols.
- Operational Leadership: Manage and mentor Center Directors to hit performance benchmarks, maintain staff retention, and optimize center capacity.
- Expansion Strategy: Support the organization’s growth by streamlining clinical workflows and ensuring quality remains consistent during the scaling process.
- Compliance & Licensing: Maintain strict adherence to BACB guidelines and Arizona state regulations.
- Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary clinical liaison between regional staff, executive leadership, and the Arizona community.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be considered for this high-level role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
- BCBA Certification: Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing.
AZ Licensure
- Current Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) status.
Clinical Leadership
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Director.
Professional Tenure
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BCBA/BCBA-D.
Scope of Leadership
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site operations (up to 6 centers) and large teams (100+ staff).
Skills & Attributes
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to look at “the big picture” of regional health while managing day-to-day clinical quality.
- Cultural Architect: Proven track record of fostering a supportive, professional, and ethical environment for RBTs and BCBAs.
- Data-Driven: Proficiency in analyzing clinical outcomes and operational KPIs to drive regional success.
