Are you a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children on the Autism Spectrum? Position Overview:

Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Naperville, Illinois (and surrounding suburbs)

Employment Type: Full-time /Hybrid (In-person client visits required 1-2 days/week)

Flexible Hours: Create a schedule that works for you!

Patient Demographics: Adolescents and Children

Expected Hours: 32-40 hours per week (billable/nonbillable)

Must be willing to work at least 3 days a week during afterschool hours (3pm-7pm)

Pay: Starting from $83,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:

As a BCBA with Autism Support Chicago, you will:

  • Implement high-quality ABA programs in 1:1 therapy sessions at home, in school, and within the community.

  • Collect and analyze comprehensive data for each child’s progress.

  • Collaborate with therapists to update and refine behavioral plans based on data-driven insights.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a compassionate approach.

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and participate in ongoing training and staff meetings.

Requirements

  • BCBA: 3 years (Required)

  • License/Certification:  BCBA (Required)

  • Other Qualifications:

    • Flexible thinking and problem-solving skills.

    • Basic childcare skills (toileting, dressing, eating, safety).

    • In-depth knowledge of autism and related disorders.

    • Ability to design effective programs and behavior plans tailored to individual needs.

    • Strong communication skills to effectively convey programs to therapists.

    • Proficiency in conducting reinforcement assessments to understand each child’s motivation.
