Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 annually, with twice-a-year raises.
- Financial Incentives: Performance-based bonuses and up to a 4% retirement match.

Position Summary
As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges. Operating in a clinic-based setting, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. You will lead a dedicated team of RBTs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence while serving as a compassionate advocate for families in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Assessment & Strategy
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and clinical best practices.
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
Supervision & Mentorship
- Provide high-quality training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff.
- Ensure the effective implementation of behavior intervention strategies across your caseload.
Collaboration & Advocacy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare professionals.
- Train families and caregivers to promote the generalization of skills across home and community environments.
- Serve as a resource for local families, providing information on speech, OT, PT, and advocacy groups.
Qualifications
- Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
- Skills: Strong clinical judgment; experience with Catalyst and/or Central Reach is preferred.
- Certifications: CPR/First Aid and SafetyCare certification preferred (training provided).
