Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Starting from $80,000.00 per year, depending on experience.

Position Summary
The BCBA / Clinical Director serves as the Clinical Supervisor for ABA services. You will lead a dedicated team, conducting functional behavior assessments and producing function-based treatment plans. This role is perfect for a self-starter who enjoys inspiring others, maintaining a manageable caseload of eight (8) clients, and ensuring the highest ethical standards of care in a clinic-based setting.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight & Assessment
- Complete initial assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans in a timely manner.
- Manage a caseload of 8 clients, maintaining approximately 25 billable hours per week.
- Provide case oversight and supervision at a rate of 20% of the technician hours per client.
- Collect and oversee data pertaining to assessment and treatment planning to ensure data-driven results.
Team Leadership & Training
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians to ensure accurate service delivery and plan implementation.
- Create schedules for direct care staff and oversee the quality of clinical documentation.
- Manage your caseload by leading your team and supporting both clients and teammates through proactive problem-solving.
Collaboration & Compliance
- Provide 2 hours of individual and/or group parent training and support monthly for each client.
- Present at clinical review team meetings and maintain accurate, audit-ready client records.
- Maintain contact and appropriate follow-up with client families to ensure holistic care.
Qualifications
- Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- Education: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a closely related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of clinical ABA experience with children, adolescents, and young adults.
- Core Competencies: Excellent time management, a natural collaborator, and a self-starter who can adapt strategies proactively.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, active CPR certification, and ability to lift at least 25 pounds. Must comply with vaccination requirements or have an approved exemption.
