Job Description

Center-Based, In-Home & Partial Hybrid | Full-Time

Learning Path ABA Services is seeking a Michigan-licensed BCBA to join our growing ABA clinic serving children and families in Genesee County. We are building our team intentionally, with ethical practice, manageable caseloads, and long-term stability at the forefront.

What We Offer:

• $80,000–$90,000 salary (based on experience)

• Partial hybrid schedule available

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments (97151)

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans

• Supervise RBTs/BTs (in-person & telehealth as appropriate)

• Provide caregiver training

• Maintain documentation

Ownership manages operations and billing so you can focus on clinical excellence.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification

• Michigan license (or eligible)

•Active NPI
