Job Description

Reliatus Behavioral Health, a premier recruiting partner for leading ABA organizations, is seeking passionate and dedicated BCBAs to join our client’s team with opportunities available throughout Georgia.

Our client is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis services, committed to helping children on the Autism spectrum flourish in their own unique ways. They believe that their staff is the heart of their vision; by creating a rewarding, supportive environment for clinicians, they ensure the highest standard of care for families. If you are an empathetic professional seeking a career where you are treated as an individual rather than a number, this mission-driven team is ready to welcome you.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Pay: Salary ranging from $75,000 – $90,000 per year.
  • Welcome Incentives: Sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.
  • Ultimate Flexibility: Enjoy a flexible schedule where you have the ability to make your own hours to support a true work-life balance.
  • Reduced Admin Load: Everything is software-based to eliminate heavy administrative tasks and maximize your clinical impact.
  • Health & Future: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance, plus 401(k) matching.
  • Professional Growth: Paid 32 CEUs for recertification, tuition discounts, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Culture: Employee Recognition Programs, referral bonuses, and team-building events in a friendly, forward-thinking workplace.

Position Summary

As a BCBA, you will provide high-quality, home-based ABA services to a full caseload of clients. Our client understands that for a therapist to help a child reach their highest potential, the organization must make the therapist’s job as rewarding as possible. You will be responsible for the “whole child” approach, from initial assessments to the supervision of behavior technicians, all while working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

  • Provide direct services and coaching to clients and their parents to ensure generalization of skills.

  • Education: Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education (Required).
  • Experience: Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges using ABA methodologies.
  • Attributes: A passionate, empathetic, and dedicated individual who takes pride in seeing children succeed.
