Position Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who values quality, professionalism, and compassion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, taking pride in developing meaningful programs that drive measurable progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Conduct assessments and design treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs, collaborating closely with families.
  • Implement & Monitor Interventions: Use evidence-based ABA strategies to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Data-Driven Adjustments: Review ongoing data to assess client progress, modifying plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Supervise & Train Staff: Provide leadership and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring treatment integrity.
  • Collaborate & Communicate: Maintain clear and compassionate communication with families and interdisciplinary team members.

Qualifications

  • Certification: Active BCBA credential (Required).
  • Education: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field (Required).
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals exhibiting severe behavior challenges.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; excellent organizational abilities.
  • Bilingual: Abilities are a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements

This position requires participation in Professional Crisis Management (PCM) training provided by the client. This training involves physical components and requires average physical fitness.

  • Monday to Friday
  • Day shift
