Position Summary
The BCBA isn’t just filling a role; they are shaping care and supporting families within a mission-driven organization. Operating primarily in a home-based setting, you will lead clinical oversight with a focus on ethical care and meaningful outcomes. Our model is specifically structured to reduce burnout, allowing you to focus on effective treatment and professional mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight & Strategy
- Conduct assessments and develop highly individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism and related disorders.
- Monitor client progress diligently and make data-driven adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Ensure all documentation meets the highest ethical, regulatory, and compliance standards.
Mentorship & Collaboration
- Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians and clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
- Participate in monthly peer engagement and community support sessions to share clinical insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) certification is required.
- Licensure: Must hold a current Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience developing ABA intervention programs.
- Skills: Strong leadership, mentorship abilities, and clinical problem-solving skills are essential.
