Job Description
This job is 12 hours a week and starts on April 20, 2026.
We are looking for an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with a 3-year-old child in Madison.
This position includes in-home services and possibly school-based services. You will work directly with the child and receive weekly individual supervision from a BCBA via telehealth.
This is a small, BCBA-led practice focused on quality, individualized care — not a high-volume clinic setting.
Weekly breakdown:
• 10 direct therapy hours
• 1 hour telehealth supervision
• 2 paid administrative hours (materials prep, printing, planning)
• Drive time compensation negotiated based on commute
Responsibilities include:

Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA

Providing developmentally appropriate, play-based early intervention services

Teaching communication, social, adaptive, and foundational learning skills

Implementing behavior support strategies as outlined in the treatment plan

Collecting accurate session data and maintaining professional documentation

Preparing therapy materials and printing/organizing supplies

Communicating consistently and professionally with the supervising BCBA (including timely texting communication)

Maintaining compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and RBT supervision requirements
