Job Description

  • Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments

  • Develop, oversee, and update individualized treatment plans

  • Provide clinical supervision to RBTs/BTs in alignment with BACB and payer requirements

  • Deliver parent training and caregiver guidance as clinically indicated

  • Review data, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Collaborate with leadership to support thoughtful caseload design and service delivery

Requirements

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing

  • Licensed or license-eligible in Maryland (LBA)

  • Experience providing ABA services in home and community-based settings

  • Demonstrated ability to complete assessments, treatment planning, and clinical supervision

  • Strong understanding of BACB ethics, documentation standards, and payer requirements

  • Ability to manage time independently and meet documentation deadlines

  • Clear, professional communication with families, technicians, and leadership

  • Comfort working in an early-stage organization with evolving systems and processes

  • Commitment to ethical, high-quality, and sustainable service delivery
