Job Description
-
Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments
-
Develop, oversee, and update individualized treatment plans
-
Provide clinical supervision to RBTs/BTs in alignment with BACB and payer requirements
-
Deliver parent training and caregiver guidance as clinically indicated
-
Review data, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly
-
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
-
Collaborate with leadership to support thoughtful caseload design and service delivery

Requirements
-
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing
-
Licensed or license-eligible in Maryland (LBA)
-
Experience providing ABA services in home and community-based settings
-
Demonstrated ability to complete assessments, treatment planning, and clinical supervision
-
Strong understanding of BACB ethics, documentation standards, and payer requirements
-
Ability to manage time independently and meet documentation deadlines
-
Clear, professional communication with families, technicians, and leadership
-
Comfort working in an early-stage organization with evolving systems and processes
-
Commitment to ethical, high-quality, and sustainable service delivery
