Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Partners with CPI team to help support behavioral escalations, as appropriate.

  • Conduct functional assessments to identify the antecedents, behaviors and consequences of behavior.

  • Develop behavior intervention plans, including strategies for teaching new skills.

  • Provide consultation to families, caregivers, and other professionals.

  • Collect and analyze data as directed.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay is based on experience. Min $69,325 Max $112,860

Benefits begin on the 1st day of the month after start date.

Shift information: M-F 8-hour shift; hybrid with in-person and virtual capability to meet with clients and staff. Hours vary on caseload, must be willing to flex time to meet the needs your caseload.

Types of clients: Patients (all ages) at Barnes Jewish Hospital Psych Units on Delmar. Clients who are having behavioral problems, extended length of stay and possibly IDD/DD (intellectually developmentally delayed/ developmentally delayed) Autism, and Chronic behavioral Dysregulation, and eating disorders.

Location: Barnes Jewish Hospital Psych Units on Delmar.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree – Psychology related

  • 2-5 years of experience

  • Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
