Adult Services BCBA—Lancaster, Massachusetts

RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a full-time BCBA Adult Services BCBA to join our team in Clinton & Lancaster.  A $2500 sign-on bonus is available! 

Who We Seek 


We seek a dynamic & collaborative Certified BCBA with at least 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental differences to be part of our growing Adult Services team. We are an experienced collegial group with diverse skills and are looking for an innovative, compassionate clinical professional to join the team. The Adult Services team provides services to a wide variety of clients within the ID/DD population.  

As a member of the RFK Community Alliance Adult Services team, you will have the opportunity to provide support to both individual adults with mental health diagnoses and developmental differences & to the Adult Services team.

Shift 


Full-Time: 40 hours/week, flexible schedule available

Requirements

Who You Are  

 

You are a master’s level Certified BCBA who is creative, energetic and wants to make a difference. You provide behavioral therapeutic support and guidance to adults to overcome their challenges and reach their full potential. You are looking to use your experience and skills in a collaborative group setting.

 

Specific qualifications: 

 
  • BCBA Certification  

  • Experience with PBS (positive behavioral support)  

  • Experience with writing data driven Behavioral support plans 

  • Bilingual or multilingual preferred

  • Experience with creating data driven Medication treatment Plans
