About the Role
Super high pay for a BCBA at $100 per hour (Alternative Salary options are available) – Full Caseload expected. (On-Site).
Also included are Health Insurance and PTO for full-time employees!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, personalized ABA therapy to children, ensuring each child’s unique needs are addressed

Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans in collaboration with families and other providers

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) to identify targeted behaviors and create tailored treatment strategies

Monitor client progress and adjust intervention plans as needed for optimal outcomes

Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members

Collaborate closely with families to foster a partnership that encourages sustainable growth and development for children

Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments

Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and best practices as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Requirements
-
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Experience in creating and implementing ABA treatment plans
-
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with children and families

Commitment to evidence-based practices and ethical standards

Experience supervising RBTs or similar roles preferred
