About the Role
We are looking for a BCBA to join our Warner Robins, Ga Clinic.

This position works collaboratively with the Area Director to ensure all clinical staff are well-trained and supported so that clients and their families receive the highest quality treatment. This is a full time position
Responsibilities:

Provide Assessments and reassessments.

Parent trainings
-
Supervise cases and assist in case assignments in person or telehealth. Small caseloads leaving adequate time for administrative/management duties.

1:1 Direct with when needed

Work side by side with other Area Clinical Directors, making sure clinical standards are upheld.

Provide clinical consultation to staff, school professionals, and parents/guardians
-
Oversee the implementation of therapy programs to ensure best clinical practices are being implemented.

Provide direct clinical services to clients and maintain appropriate caseload to facilitate overall clinic growth and staff morale/welfare.

Requirements

BCBA certification in good standing

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Must be able to make quick decisions for the benefit of the company
