Position Summary:

Reliatus Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Assistant Clinical Director to join our clinical leadership team in Gilbert, Arizona. In this role, you will support the Clinical Director in overseeing the clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA therapy services, and leading a team of behavior analysts and therapists.

The BCBA Assistant Clinical Director will also work closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to create individualized treatment plans that maximize client outcomes and enhance their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director in overseeing the clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of quality ABA therapy services.
  • Supervise and provide mentorship to BCBA staff, behavior technicians, and other clinical team members.
  • Oversees all training
  • Conducts internal audits assuring quality services of BCBA’s and RBT’s
  • Monitors and Oversees mentor and internship programs
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing clinical oversight to ensure progress toward client goals.
  • Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of clinical documentation, treatment notes, and data collection.
  • Participate in client intake meetings and provide recommendations for treatment services.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with ethical standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support for behavior therapists and ensure they are implementing interventions with fidelity.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative work environment focused on professional development, team cohesion, and client success.
  • Assist in program development, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between families and the clinical team, addressing any concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, case reviews, and supervision sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license required (or ability to obtain Arizona LBA license within a specified period).
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, with a focus on autism therapy or developmental disabilities.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, practices, and ethical guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
  • Experience in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong passion for working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
