Position Summary

The Senior Regional Clinical Director will oversee and manage clinical operations across multiple ABA service locations within North Carolina (with clinical oversight potentially extending to Georgia regions). This executive role requires exceptional clinical integrity, staff development expertise, and the ability to drive operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of ABA service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership and Oversight:

  • Provide expert clinical supervision and guidance to Clinical Directors, Lead BCBAs, and ABA teams across the regions.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services compliant with the partner provider standards, BACB guidelines, and state regulations.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and oversee clinical outcomes to ensure client progress.
  • Collaborate with executive leaders to develop and implement evidence-based clinical programs.

Team Development and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and support Clinical Directors and BCBAs to foster professional growth and a collaborative environment.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing specialized training for all clinical staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to optimize team performance.

Operations and Regional Oversight:

  • Partner with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and strategically expand services across North Carolina.
  • Support regional operations through management of resource allocation and streamlining of clinical processes.
  • Participate actively in strategic planning and decision-making to support long-term organizational goals.

Qualifications

Education and Certification:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current and active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Behavior Analyst Licensure in the state of North Carolina, or the ability to obtain licensure prior to employment.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a BCBA.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Clinical Director or Senior leadership role, specifically managing multi-site clinical teams.
  • Proven success in supervising BCBAs and clinical staff, focusing heavily on training and mentorship.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Expert-level knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.

Travel Requirements:

  • Regional travel across North Carolina is required to provide on-site support and oversee operations.
