Requirements
-
Have a master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Education, or a related field

Have a current certification as a BCBA from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA)

Have at least two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges
-
Have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
-
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
