Job Description

Your Role:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Supervise and mentor our amazing RBTs and student Analysts

  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals

  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions with care and precision

Requirements

  • Have a master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Education, or a related field

  • Have a current certification as a BCBA from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA)

  • Have at least two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges

  • Have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Required skills

Have a master's degree or higher in Psychology, Education, or a related field
