Job Description

Learners’ Compass, a state-approved ABA agency serving children and families since 2008, is seeking compassionate, motivated, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our growing team.

At Learners’ Compass, we combine the science of Applied Behavior Analysis with compassionate, individualized teaching to support learners with autism and behavioral needs across home and school settings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and behavior evaluations

  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Conduct FBAs and analyze behavioral data

  • Supervise and support BT/RBT staff

  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Provide parent training and consultation

  • Attend IEP meetings as needed

  • Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance

  • Modify programming based on learner progress and data

Schedule & Service Areas

Flexible Hours Available: Monday–Friday daytime and after-school hours, with weekends available as needed.

Service Areas: Bergen County, Passaic County, Sussex County, and Hudson County.

Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Hold active BCBA certification

  • Possess a Master’s degree in a related field

  • Have experience working with individuals with autism and behavioral needs

  • Demonstrate strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

  • Have reliable transportation
