Job Description

Spectrum Solutions Software (S Cubed)

Part-Time | $30/hour | 10-20 hours/week

Customer Experience • Clinical Engagement • Sales • Product Feedback • Social Media

The Opportunity

S Cubed is seeking a Clinical Engagement & Customer Experience Manager to serve as one of the primary faces of our company.

This is not a traditional customer service position. It is a dynamic, front-facing role combining customer experience, clinician engagement, sales, product collaboration, relationship development, social media, and brand representation.

The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys people, communicates naturally, builds relationships quickly, and is comfortable moving between a product demonstration, clinician conversation, customer follow-up, development meeting, and social media post.

Clinical experience—particularly in ABA, behavioral health, therapy, special education, or another healthcare environment—is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do

Customer Experience & Relationships

  • Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable point of contact for S Cubed customers.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clinicians, administrators, organizations, and partners.

  • Conduct customer check-ins and gather feedback about the S Cubed experience.

  • Help customers understand how to get the greatest value from the platform.

  • Identify customer needs, concerns, and opportunities and communicate them internally.

  • Support customer onboarding, education, training, and retention efforts.

Product & Development Collaboration

  • Work closely with the S Cubed Development Team to communicate customer issues, questions, and product feedback.

  • Coordinate reported software issues and help ensure customers receive appropriate follow-up and resolution.

  • Gather, organize, and communicate feedback from clinicians and customers to help the development team understand real-world workflows and needs.

  • Participate in discussions regarding future features, enhancements, and platform improvements.

  • Help identify recurring customer needs and potential opportunities for new functionality.

  • Assist with prioritizing feedback based on customer impact, clinical relevance, and frequency.

  • Help test or review new features from the customer’s and clinician’s perspective prior to or following release.

  • Communicate upcoming improvements and new features to customers in an understandable and engaging way.

  • Serve as an important bridge between our customers, clinicians, leadership, and development team.

Sales & Growth

  • Develop relationships with prospective customers and organizations.

  • Participate in product demonstrations and introductory meetings.

  • Follow up with leads and prospective customers.

  • Help move prospective clients from initial interest through the sales process.

  • Identify opportunities for account growth, partnerships, referrals, and expanded services.

  • Represent S Cubed at conferences, networking events, meetings, and community events.

Clinical Engagement

  • Build credibility and relationships with clinicians who use or evaluate S Cubed.

  • Understand the daily challenges clinicians face and communicate how S Cubed can support their work.

  • Translate clinical workflows and needs into meaningful information for the software and leadership teams.

  • Gather clinician input regarding current functionality and potential future features.

  • Help ensure product development remains connected to the realities of clinical practice.

Social Media & Brand Presence

  • Help manage S Cubed’s social media presence.

  • Create authentic, engaging content highlighting the platform, customers, team, industry topics, new features, and company culture.

  • Participate comfortably in photos, short videos, interviews, webinars, demonstrations, and other digital content.

  • Monitor engagement and help respond to appropriate comments, questions, and inquiries.

  • Help ensure that S Cubed’s online presence feels professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and human.

Requirements

  • Exceptional with people and naturally relationship-oriented.

  • Friendly, polished, professional, and comfortable being the face of a growing company.

  • Organized and able to manage multiple relationships, issues, and follow-ups.

  • Comfortable with social media and creating front-facing content.

  • Curious and willing to learn a technology platform in depth.

  • Able to listen carefully and turn customer feedback into actionable information.

  • Comfortable discussing software issues and functionality without needing to be a developer.

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a growing company where responsibilities may evolve.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in ABA & Behavioral Health. BCaBA or QASP-S

  • Experience in customer success, account management, business development, sales, community engagement, or a similar relationship-focused role.

  • Experience working with clinicians or clinical organizations is highly desirable.
