Overview


Are you passionate about helping children thrive and grow? Therapy Junction, Inc. is looking for a part-time, dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team of professionals in Panama City, FL. We specialize in providing ABA therapy and speech-language pathology services to support children and their families across home, school, and clinic/center settings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments to guide treatment planning.

  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior plans tailored to each client’s needs.

  • Provide supervision, training, and support registered behavior technicians (RBTs) implementing treatment plans.

  • Analyze behavioral data to monitor progress, adjust strategies, and ensure treatment fidelity.

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to promote consistency across environments.

  • Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers, helping them apply behavior strategies effectively at home.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and treatment records in compliance with ethical and professional standards.

  • Apply evidence-based practices and positive reinforcement techniques to promote learning and independence.

  • Ensure client safety through proactive, ethical, and professional practices, and by using proactive de-escalation and crisis management tools when necessary.

  • Maintain clear, respectful, and professional communication with the client’s care team, including families and RBTs.

  • Comfortably work in a variety of environments, including client homes, schools, clinics, and community settings.

Compensation

This position is salaried, with flexibility built in to match your lifestyle and preferences. Your compensation is determined by the number of hours you choose to work each week and the number of weeks you’d like to work each year. We review and adjust this quarterly, allowing you to adapt your schedule as your needs and priorities change.

  • Starting pay: $45/hour (for new BCBAs with no prior experience). Rates increase with relevant experience and demonstrated expertise.

Requirements

 
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and team members

  • Reliable transportation to travel between client home, school, and office settings

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
