Salus Health, Inc. is a growing behavioral health organization serving children, adolescents, and adults across Maryland. For more than 20 years, we have provided person-centered services focused on independence, functioning, and quality of life. We are expanding our ABA program and are looking for a strong BCBA who wants a manageable caseload, flexible schedule, meaningful clinical work, and opportunities to grow with the organization.

We are intentionally keeping productivity expectations reasonable. We want our BCBAs focused on good clinical decision-making, meaningful treatment, staff development, and client outcomes—not simply maximizing billable hours.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and other behavior analytic assessments

• Develop and update individualized treatment plans

• Design meaningful skill-acquisition programs addressing communication, adaptive skills, coping, social development, and independence

• Analyze clinical data and modify treatment based on client response

• Provide direct BCBA protocol modification and clinical oversight

• Supervise, train, and coach RBTs and Behavior Technicians

• Provide caregiver training and collaboration

• Support BCBA trainees where appropriate

• Participate in clinical meetings and case reviews

• Full-time

• Monday–Friday

• Flexible scheduling

• In-person clinical hours based on client needs and payer requirements

This is a full-time professional role, but we do not expect the BCBA to sit in an office simply to fill 40 hours. We value flexibility, accountability, clinical quality, and appropriate availability to clients and staff.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is clinically strong, organized, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership of cases. The ideal BCBA understands that effective ABA is about much more than reducing challenging behavior. We value clinicians who focus on functional communication, adaptive skills, independence, coping, social development, and meaningful improvements in everyday life. Strong pediatric ABA experience is preferred.

Location Greater Baltimore Area

Hybrid combination of remote and clinic-based work depending on assigned cases and clinical needs.

Part-Time & Per Diem Opportunities: Not looking for full-time? We also offer attractive part-time and per diem BCBA opportunities starting at $110/hour, with flexible scheduling based on availability and program needs.

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Maryland

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related qualifying field

• Strong understanding of functional assessment, skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and data-based decision-making

• Experience supervising RBTs and Behavior Technicians

• Strong documentation, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to work effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams

• Ability to complete required background, CJIS, and CPS checks
