Job Description

Job Title: PART-TIME Outreach & Project Coordinator

Location: Hybrid – must reside in the state of Wisconsin

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour

Hours: 20-25 hours per week (set hours would be discussed and agreed upon)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Social media management and marketing

  • Intake coordination

  • Partnership engagement and outreach

  • Subscription package fulfillment

  • Attending team meetings and individual touchbase meetings with the CEO

  • Participation in ongoing company initiatives

  • Preparation and participation in ongoing company initiatives and in-person events (resource fairs, conferences, etc.)

Requirements

  • Experience in ABA, healthcare, or autism services is highly preferred

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficient in Google Workspace, scheduling platforms, and basic billing systems.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

  • Access to working internet and a computer
