Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Treatment Planning

  • Conduct skills assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).

  • Develop individualized teaching programs and behavior intervention plans.

  • Monitor client progress and recommend ongoing ABA services as needed.

2. Clinical Supervision & Leadership

  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to BCBAs, RBTs, trainees, and Behavior Technicians.

  • Lead team meetings and provide feedback on treatment implementation.

  • Oversee daily clinical operations, staffing, scheduling, and caseload management.

3. Case Management

  • Coordinate with insurance providers regarding authorizations and treatment reviews.

  • Communicate with clients, parents/caregivers, and clinical teams.

  • Coordinate schedules and develop instructional materials as needed.

4. Staff Training & Development

  • Train, coach, and mentor clinical staff on ABA principles and intervention strategies.

  • Conduct session overlaps and provide performance feedback.

  • Maintain appropriate clinical and staff documentation.

  • Stay current with ABA research, trends, and best practices.

5. Clinical & Operational Leadership

  • Monitor productivity, utilization, and clinical outcomes.

  • Collaborate with administrative teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for the clinic.

  • Follow company policies and other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience providing ABA services in a clinic setting

  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and demonstrated experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and making data-driven decisions.

  • A valid driver’s license
